Pumpkin spice and everything nice.! This healthy fiber rich granola bar pairs well with a cup of coffee for a healthy breakfast, and makes a great kid's lunch box treat!

3 1/4 cup old-fashioned oats
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp pumpkin spice
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 cup pumpkin puree ( I used Trader Joe’s)
1/2 cup maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup dried raisins
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp pumpkin spice
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 cup pumpkin puree ( I used Trader Joe’s)
1/2 cup maple syrup

Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray an 8×8 baking pan with cooking spray such as Pam.
