Family Favorite Spaghetti Pie

I love spaghetti; always have, always will. But sometimes the same ol’ way of serving it isn’t what I love. So when I found a basic recipe for spaghetti pie in my Pillsbury cookbook, it gave me a way to shake things up a bit. Pair this simple recipe with Heather’s “Bolognase Sauce/Gravy” and you’ll have a meal that’s sure to please the spaghetti-lovers in your house too.
6 oz. uncooked spaghetti
1 lb. ground beef
2 c. marinara sauce/gravy
1/2 c. jarred/canned mushrooms
1/2 c. onions (optional)
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. garlic salt

Cook spaghetti to desired doneness as directed on package. Drain; rinse with hot water.
Heat oven to 350°. Grease 10-in. pie pan or 9-in square pan.
