Fancy Shrimp Rice

Sesame seed oil and teriyaki sauce give this side dish an Asian flair.

4 cups water
2 cups long grain rice
4 ounces of salad shrimp
8 ounces of mixed vegetables
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
Mix all ingredients in a 2 quart sauce pan. Bring to boil, cover pan and reduce heat to low. cook for about 20 minutes or until the rice is done.
