Feta & Sun-dried Tomato Cake

I lovely savoury cake with feta cheese, sundried tomatoes, fresh herbs and spring onions. It is great for breakfast or brunch but also for a buffet or a picnic.

1/2 kilo (1 pound) gluten free all purpose flour
1 packet (7 gr) dried yeast
4 eggs, at room temperature
2 tablespoons yoghurt (or soja yoghurt)
1/2 cup milk (or almond milk)
1 teaspoon salt
4 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon ground pepper
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
5 spring onions thinly sliced
350 gr (12 ounces) feta cheese crumbled
3 tablespoons fresh herbs, chopped (dill, basil, mint)
6 sundried tomatoes pack in oil, drained and chopped
