1 small onion, chopped
2 tbsp olive oil
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes, undrained
fresh spinach, 2-3 handfuls, chopped
1 & 1/2 tsp dried basil
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 & 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
