My husband and I eat lots of mexican food! Here’s another recipe that nods in that direction. It’s very easy to compile and tastes great! You can make this as spicy as you choose or very mild.

1 refrigerated pie crust, softened as directed on package
1 Tbls.olive oil
1 onion, diced
1 red bell pepper, diced
1 green bell pepper, diced
about 10 oz. chicken breast
4 tsp. dry fajita/taco seasoning
about 8 oz. salsa
8 oz. cheddar cheese (give or take)
