Fiesta Chicken Bake

This zesty Mexican casserole is simple & quick to make!

4 boneless chicken breasts, cubed
1 tsp. "Mesquite chicken" seasoning
1/2 tsp. "Roasting Rub - Savory Herb" seasoning
1 large onion - diced
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (4 oz.) can diced green chilies
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded monterey jack cheese
1 Tbsp. ground cumin
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. "Nature's" seasoning
8 oz. sour cream
1 (13 oz.) bag crushed tortilla chips
Preheat oven to 350º. In a medium skillet over medium-high heat, brown chicken with onion, & first 2 seasonings. In a greased 9 x 13 casserole dish, mix chicken mixture with all remaining ingredients Except crushed tortilla chips. Stir in 3/4 of the crushed chips, spreading mixture evenly into pan. Sprinkle remaining chips over top. Bake for 40 minutes.
