Filet of Cauliflower

A grilled delight for those of us vegetarians! Also makes a great side for any meal!

1 large cauliflower
2 Tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons garlic
2 teaspoon basil
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon thyme
Salt and pepper to taste
1. Wash and cut the stem from the head of cauliflower. 2. Cut your cauliflower filets from the center of the head (cut top to bottom). They should be about 1.5 inches thick. 3. Brush both sides of each filet with olive oil. Sprinkle with spices, salt, and pepper. 4. Cook on grill for about 4-5 minutes per side. 5. Enjoy alone, or with your favorite sauces and toppings!
