Flourless Chocolate Brownie Muffin

A dark chocolate, lightly sweet protein muffin that's great before or after a workout! Low carb and sugar free, this muffin will rev up your metabolism and keep you burning fat all morning long and will boost brain power and function with the added omega 3's! Plus, it still tastes great! (This does NOT include the frosting)

Mila (chia seeds) 1 scoop mixed with 3 Tbs water
1tbs light butter
1/2 c pumpkin purée
1/3 c egg whites
1 tbs vanilla
1/3 c Splenda (or sub truvia/swerve)

1/4 ghiradelli cocoa powder
2.5 scoops protein powder (total looking for 40-45g protein and low sugar)
1/4 c sugar free pudding mix
1/8 tsp b soda
1 scoop Genesis Pure powdered greens
2 capsules each from Genesis Pure: Metabolic boost, health trim control, green coffee extract
Combine all ingredients and bake at 350 f for about 15 min.
