French Style Strawberry Cheesecake

Mouth-watering, smooth rich creamy cheesecake a sweet-tooth staple across the world. So dig-in to this recipe and enjoy this temping and luscious dessert.

16oz. of cream cheese
2 cups of vanilla wafers (crushed)
4oz. of sour cream
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 1/3 cup of confectioner sugar
3 tablespoons of butter (melted)
½ teaspoon of ground ginger
½ cup of light brown sugar
½ teaspoon of cinnamon
16 oz. of fresh strawberries
4 large eggs
1/4 teaspoon of salt
Step 1: Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees, next combine the cream cheese, sour cream, 1 cup of the confectioners, 2 eggs and 2 yolks and the vanilla. Mix on high until the cream cheese mixture is smooth. Step 2: In a medium bowl; crush the vanilla wafers until you get a powdery consistency, then Add the butter, ground ginger, cinnamon, and brown sugar, and mix until fully incorporated. Step 3: take a 9 inch baking pan and layer the crust on bottom make sure you get and even layer, next layer the cream cheese filling, make sure you have even distribution of the filling and bake in a water bath with 1 cup of water. For 15 minutes. Step 4: prepare the strawberry sauce, take 4oz. of fresh strawberries, cube them and put them into A sauce pan with ¼ cup of water and 1/3 cup confectioners’ sugar cook on medium heat for 15 minutes Or until 90% of the water has evaporated and strawberries are soft. Step 5: after 15 minutes of cooking the cheesecake reduce the temperature to 200 degrees And continue cooking for 35 minutes, make sure to check water bath every 30 minutes. After 1 hour raise the temperature back to 375 degrees and remove the water bath and finish cooking for 15 minutes cheesecake should be 150 degrees. Step 6: when the cheesecake is finished cooking let it cool for 15 minutes before
