2 long green Hatch chiles
1 red bell pepper
1 onion
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 tablespoon salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon ground cumin
1 tablespoon fajita seasoning
1 tablespoon Lobo red adobo (chile powder)
