Fresh Vegetable Quinoa

Quinoa has such a great but mild flavor and adds a little variety to your meals. If you ever get sick of cooking meals with rice, this is the perfect substitute!

1 1/2 cups Quinoa
1 1/2 cups chicken broth
1 tsp dry basil
1 oz. cream cheese (optional)
2 cloves garlic
1 T. Olive oil
3 c. vegetables (I used broccoli, carrots, and spinach)
