Eat chicken and fruit together! Fruits are natural flavor enhancers!

¼ pound chicken slices
2 tablespoon chopped apple
2 tablespoon chopped pear
2 tablespoon chopped kiwi
2 tablespoon chopped papaya
2 tablespoon chopped orange
2 tablespoon chopped celery
¼ cup rice wine
1/4 teaspoon salt

Spread out the chicken slices on a shallow glass container, sprinkle with salt. Pour rice wine over, just enough to cover. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
Mix apple, pear, kiwi, papaya, orange, orange and celery. (You can vary the combination according to availability and your liking.)
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Lightly oil a baking dish.
Take out the chicken from the refrigerator, drain and discard the rice wine.
Scoop a little fruit mixture on each chicken slice, roll up, and put on the baking dish. Leave 1 inch between the rolls.
Bake the rolls for 15 minutes or until done. (The length of time required depends on the thickness of the chicken slices.
