Fruit Salsa with Baked Cinnamon Chips

This is so yummy and so perfect for a summertime get together. I will tell you it takes a lot more time to prepare than I had originally anticipated. I thought I would be able to throw it together in less than 15 minutes

2 kiwis, peeled and diced
2 Golden Delicious apples – peeled, cored and diced
8 ounces raspberries
1 (16 oz) carton of strawberries, diced
2 tbsp white sugar (more or less to taste)
1 tbsp brown sugar (more or less to taste)
3 tbsp fruit preserves, any flavor (I used strawberry)

10 (10 inch) flour tortillas
melted butter or butter flavored cooking spray
2 c cinnamon sugar
In a large bowl, thoroughly mix kiwis, apples, raspberries, strawberries, white sugar, brown sugar and fruit preserves. Cover and chill in the refrigerator at least 15 minutes. Preheat oven to 350 degrees....

4 c coarsely chopped green cabbage
4 c beef broth
15 oz tomato sauce
14.5 oz petite diced tomatoes
