Fuyu Shrimp with Avocado

Fuyu, fermented tofu, is known as “Chinese cheese.” If you can find it in Asian store, there are a lot of creative dishes you can try with it.

½ pound shrimp
1 ounce fuyu
1/2 avocado
1 ounce fuyu
1/2 avocado
Peel and devein the shrimp. Coat with fuyu and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Slightly oil a baking sheet. Put the shrimp on the dish in one layer.
Bake for about 10 minutes or until shrimp become curled and pink.
Place the shrimp on a serving plate.
Cut the avocado into small pieces and put next to the shrimp. Hot shrimp goes really well with cool avocado.
