Garlic Paprika Salmon Sashimi

Easy fusion way to eat salmon sashimi, no separate dipping sauce and wasabi.

2 garlic cloves, mined.
½ teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon orange juice
8 pieces of salmon sashimi
1 leaf of romaine lettuce (optional)
Place the salmon on a dish in one layer. Mix minced garlic, paprika, soy sauce and orange juice, pour half of the sauce over the salmon and let stand for 1 minute. Prepare a serving dish and a long romaine lettuce leaf. Spread the salmon on the romaine lettuce, and pour remaining sauce over the salmon.
