These Garlic Parmesan Rolls are exactly what you’d hope–They’re crusty and cheesy on the outside, and soft, fluffy and garlic-y on the inside!

1 cup warm water
1 package active dry yeast
2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 Tbsp olive oil
2 – 2 1/2 cups flour
For the Garlic Parmesan spread
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 Tablespoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon parsley
drizzle of Extra Virgin Olive oil
1/3 cup fresh grated parmesan cheese
