Who needs take out when you can make such yumminess at home!

Marinade & Sauce:
½ Cup hoisin sauce
¼ Cup white vinegar
3 Tbsp soy sauce
3 Tbsp sugar
2 Tbsp cornstarch
1 ½ Cup water
4 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cut into 1 inch pieces)
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
4 Garlic cloves (minced)
2 Tbsp fresh ginger
½ Tsp crushed red pepper flakes
Coating & Frying:
3 Egg whites
1 ½ Cup cornstarch
½ Cup all purpose flour
½ Tsp baking soda
4 Cups vegetable oil
1-2 Green onions (optional)
