4 Garlic cloves (minced)
2 Tbsp fresh ginger
½ Tsp crushed red pepper flakes
Coating & Frying:
3 Egg whites
1 ½ Cup cornstarch
½ Cup all purpose flour
½ Tsp baking soda
4 Cups vegetable oil
1-2 Green onions (optional)
