General Tso's Chicken - Lighter Version

Why order takeout when you can make your own General Tso\\\'s Chicken that is 1000x better!!! Plus this version is lighter so it will save you calories....all in under 30 minutes.

1/4 c chicken broth
1 1/2 T. tomato paste
1 T. soy sauce
1 T. rice vinegar
1 t hoisin sauce
1 t chili paste
1 t sesame oil
1 T. sugar
1 teaspoon cornstarch
½ 1b boneless skinless chicken breasts
¼ c. cornstarch
2 T. canola oil
1/3 c roasted, unsalted peanuts
brown rice, cooked
