1/2 Chicken
1 Onion
4 cloves of garlic
20 gr. coriander
50 gr. butter
1 tablespoons flour
1/2 lemon
1 egg
Boil half of a chicken. Cool it and remove all bones, cut or separate it with hands into small pieces. Fry onion in butter, and put it into broth. Fry the flour in a dry pan, add a small amount of broth and spread it. Pour it into the pot. Mix egg with lemon juice and pour in a broth. Put the chicken back in the broth and add coriander, cut garlic, salt and pepper. Cook it for a few minutes but do not boil it. Bon appétit!
