These homemade chicken nuggets are super easy and super yummy! Whether you are a gluten-free eater, and miss chicken nuggets, or you simple want to make them at home, this is the place for you!! My sister started making these years and years ago, and we never get tired of them! We like to dip them in ranch dressing, ketchup, mustard (honey mustard) and even Arby's sauce and steak sauce!! I hope you give them a try!

3 cups crushed cornflake crumbs
1 & 1/2 cups grated or shredded Parmesan cheese
6 teaspoons dried basil
6 teaspoons dried thyme
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
Mix altogether and store in an airtight container in the freezer.
To Make chicken nuggets, you'll need:
Desired number of chicken breasts
1-2 eggs
Crumb mixture
1 & 1/2 cups grated or shredded Parmesan cheese
6 teaspoons dried basil
6 teaspoons dried thyme
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
Mix altogether and store in an airtight container in the freezer.
