2½ pounds Fresh ginger
4 cups Water
4½ cups Granulated sugar
For the Ginger Lime Soda:
2-3 tablespoons Ginger syrup*
1 lime quartered

Ice

salt
1 cup yogurt, mixed with enough water to submerge roots (add salt)
