Ginger Tea

A great remedy for a sore throat. Warm and soothing.

1 tbsp minced ginger
lemon juice, to taste
1 tbsp honey
1 cinnamon stick
1 cup water
Combine the water and cinnamon in a small pot and bring to a boil. Turn off the heat and add the ginger. Steep for five minutes. Strain into a mug and stir in the honey and lemon juice.
