This Gluten Free Cake Recipe with Almond and Apples is naturally sweetened with date sugar and made from almond flour. A quick and easy, healthy dessert!

For the cake:
3 Cups Bobs Red Mill Finely ground almond meal
¼ tsp Salt
2 tsps Baking powder
½ tsp Baking soda
2 tsps Cinnamon
1 tsp Ginger powder
3 Eggs, lightly beaten
½ tsp Vanilla extract
½ cup Unsweetened almond milk
¾ Cup Bobs Red Mill Date sugar

2½ Tbsp Honey
For the filling:
2 Cups Chopped apples (about 1½ large apples, reserve half an apple for topping)
2 Tbsp + 1 tsp Honey
Pinch of Cinnamon
Apple slices for topping.
