Gluten free baked onion rings

A healthier version of fried onion rings! Scrumptious,crunchy and addictive!

2 yellow onions
½ cup of all purpose flour (gluten free)
1 TBSP of baking powder
1 TBSP of paprika
2 eggs
¾ cup of milk
1 tsp of ground pepper
Salt (as desired)
1/2 tsp oregano
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Gluten free Bread crumbs to coat
For the celery dip:

3 celery stalks,roughly chopped
1/4 cup feta cheese,crumpled
salt and pepper as desired
1/4 cup greek yogurt
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
1 spring onion
