This gluten free muffin recipe is packed with awesome things. Coconut flour, chia seeds, and mixed berries combine for a moist, and flavorful breakfast muffin. They're high in fiber and protein and chock full of Omega 3’s and antioxidants for a healthy start to the day.

1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 cup almond milk
5 eggs
4 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
