Gluten Free Bulgogi

9 Tbsp soy sauce
6 Tbsp sugar
3 Tbsp honey
6 Tbsp rice vinegar
3 Tbsp sesame oil
6 tsp chopped garlic
3 tsp pepper
2 Tbsp sesame salt (I just mixed sesame seeds with salt and it worked just fine e.g. 1 and 1/2 Tbsp seeds and 1/2 T salt)
2 lb beef sliced thinly
2 cups brown rice
Marinade with thinly shredded beef such as beef stew meat. Fry with some of marinade and serve over cooked brown rice.
