These are easy homemade chicken nuggets that are also gluten-free.

2 Chicken Breasts, cut into bite sized pieces
2 cups corn flakes, crushed
½ cup parmesan cheese
½ tablespoon Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon salt
1 Tablespoon olive oil
2 eggs
¼ cup white rice flour
¼ cup tapioca flour
