Gluten Free Crockpot Beef Stew

This is the easiest, heartiest way to have dinner ready on your busiest night. When the baby's sick or the project deadline is looming, take a few minutes to throw this one together & your job is done!

1 lb stew meat cut into bite-sized pieces
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 c potato starch or cornstarch
1 large onion diced
2 ribs celery sliced
4 cloves garlic minced
3 large carrots cut in pieces (or 2 c. baby carrots)
3 cups small red potatoes cut into bite-sized pieces
1 16 ouncecan petite diced tomatoes undrained
1 c water
1 Tbsp gluten free bouillon or 1 cup gluten free beef broth
2 Tbsp GF Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
