Packed with fresh herbs and gluten free they are the perfect companion to a light lunch!

1 kg (2 pounds) gluten free flour
7gr dry yeast
2 teaspoons salt
300ml (1 cup) buttermilk, warm (optional - you can use warm water instead)
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
1 1/2 cup chopped parsley, dill, mint, spring onions
