Gluten Free Fried Rice

4 cup cooked rice
¼ c butter
½ tsp pepper
¼ c soy sauce (gluten free)
1 small green pepper
1 egg
1 c diced ham
Drain mushrooms and chestnuts. Beat egg well. Heat large fry pan; melt 1 tsp butter. Pour egg in bottom of pan. Fry until done, cut into strips. Melt ½ cup butter in fry pan. Cook onion and green pepper until tender. Add rice and remaining ingredients. Cook 15 minutes, stirring often. Serve hot.
