Gluten Free Lasagna

Delicious lasagna with meat sauce and three cheeses just like my grandma made but with gluten free noodles.

For the Meat Sauce
1 tbs olive oil
1 pound of lean ground beef
1 tbs dried basil
1 tsp onion powder
pinch of red pepper flakes
5-6 garlic cloves, crushed
3.5 cups of tomato puree
For the Cheese Filling
15 ounces of ricotta cheese
1/2 cup of grated Parmesan
1/2 cup of mozzarella
1/2 cup of shredded Parmesan
1 tbs chopped fresh parsley
1 tsp garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste
1 egg
To Put It All Together
9* cooked lasagna noodles**
1/2 cup Mozzarella Cheese
1/2 cup of Shredded Parmesan Cheese
