Gluten free Meatloaf with Tomato and Balsamic Glaze! I didn’t know what to call this recipe. It’s not your grandma’s Sunday meatloaf, that’s for sure. In fact, it’s better and gluten free!

1lb organic ground beef or turkey
1 oz (small bag) of crushed sea salt pop chips (or other GF potato chips)
½ tsp BBQ seasoning- Make sure it’s gluten free
½ tsp garlic powder
½ cup tomato sauce
1 egg
? cup chopped onion (optional)

Balsamic glaze or balsamic vinegar
