Gluten free mocha marble cake

Moist, fluffy and scrumptious mocha bundt cake with the nutty addition of almond flour, that will make you want to eat the whole pan!

1 1/2 cups gluten free all purpose flour
1/2 cup Barney butter almond flour
2½ teaspoons baking powder
½ teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
¾ cup yogurt, at room temperature
¼ cup whole milk, at room temperature
1 cup unsalted butter, softened to room temperature
1½ cups granulated sugar
2 large eggs, at room temperature
1 large egg yolk, at room temperature
1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract


For the chocolate marbling:

1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
3 tablespoons instant coffee
2 tablespoons milk
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
1 tablespoon sugar
