1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoons gluten free paprika
1 teaspoon parsley
2 tilapia fillets
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees . In a bowl, combine the cheese with the paprika and parsley. Place fish in a 8x8 pan. Sprinkle fish with cheese. Flip and coat the other side. Bake until the fish flakes, about 10 to 12 minutes. S
