Gluten Free Pecan Bars

Crust
1 cup gluten free flour
1/4 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup toasted and chopped pecans
6 T cold unsalted butter

Filling
4 T unsalted butter, melted
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/3 cup light corn syrup
2 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp salt
1 egg
2 cups toasted and chopped pecans
Preheat oven to 350. Spray a 9x9 pan with cooking spray. Place flour baking powder, salt, brown sugar and 1/4 cup pecans. Mix together. Add butter and cut into flour mixture until combined. Pat mixture into pan and cook for 20 mins. While the crust is cooking make filling. Whisk melted butter, brown sugar, corn syrup, vanilla and salt in medium bowl. Mix until combined. Add egg and whisk into mixture. Pour filling on top of the hot crust and sprinkle pecans evenly over mixture. Bake for 25 mins. Cool for 1 hour. Cut into bars and serve.
