Pillowy,slightly crunchy packed with fall flavors!

1/2 cup coconut oil
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup coconut sugar(or light brown sugar)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
6 tablespoons pumpkin puree
1/2 teaspoon orange zest
1/2 teaspoon fresh ginger,grated or finely chopped
1 cup gluten free all-purpose flour (I used Bob’s red mill)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
