Gluten Free Shepherd's Pie

1 lb hamburger
1 medium onion
2 cloves garlic
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 T ketchup
1 T Worcestershire Sauce (make sure gluten free)
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/2 tsp rosemary
1/2 tsp thyme
1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
3 cups mashed potatoes
1/4 cup cheese
Brown hamburger, onion and garlic together. Once cooked drain grease and add salt and pepper. On low heat add ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, rosemary, thyme. Pour chicken broth over mixture. Add mixed vegetables and bring to a simmer. In a 9x9 pan layer hamburger mixture on bottom, top with mashed potatoes and sprinkle with cheese. Cook for 30 minutes
