Gluten Free Stuffing

1 loaf of homemade gluten free bread (seasoned)
2 stalks celery (diced)
1 sweet onion (diced)
1/2 T sage
1/2 T poultry seasoning
1/2 cup evapoated milk
1 can cream mushroom soup (gluten free)
1/2 cube butter
Start by making your gluten free white bread. Break into pieces on a cookie sheet. Season with 1/2 T poultry seasoning and 1/2 T sage. Bake for 1 hour on 200 degrees. After bread it dried mix together with celery, onion and other spices. Add wet ingredients. Mix together and put in pan and cook 30 minutes.
