Gnocchi alla sorrentina with homemade pasta sauce

1 lb Gnocchi (Believe it or not, my local Kroger sells Delallo products)
Pasta Sauce (the recipe I used is below)
Ball of Fresh mozzarella cheese, drained and cut into small cubes
Grated Parmesan or romano cheese
Pasta Sauce
1lb of ground beef (I did not use ground beef for the gnocchi’s)
6oz can of tomato paste
6 oz water
1 – 24oz jar tomato puree
5-6 cloves garlic minced
2 tbsp granulated sugar
Pinch of dried oregano, onion powder, garlic powder, basil
Salt and pepper to taste
