Golden Rice

This is special kind of rice adding no salt but sugar made during weddings of sindhis

Basmati rice [1bowl ]
Sugar [1 bowl ]
Green cardamom [3 to 4 ]
Saffron [few petals ]
Nuts [chopped ]
Ghee [3 table spoons ]
Soak rice for half an hour an hour take a vessel fill it with water Bring water at boiling point Put rice [do not add salt ] Just open cardamoms and put when rice is boilng When rice is half cooked strain it Take another vessel and put rice in it Now add sugar and saffron Leave rice to cook on slow flame Keep on checking so that it does not get burnt from the base When rice is cooked heat ghee and pour over rice Take rice tray and lay rice in it Garnish with chopped nuts and saffron petals
