Golden Sesame Prawn Toast aka Shrimp Toast. Just like Chinese takeaway but better.
10 slices white bread
700g prawns in the shell, raw
2 large spring onions, roughly chopped
2 teaspoons light soy sauce
1 ½ teaspoons ginger, freshly grated
1 clove garlic, roughly chopped
1 egg
½ cup Sesame seeds
Vegetable oil for deep frying
Sweet chilli sauce for dipping
