Good for U Blueberry Orange Muffins are quick, healthy, hearty and oozing with bursting blueberries and zesty orange flavor. What more could you want from a morning muffin?

1 large egg

¼ cup plus 2 tablespoons brown sugar (packed)
zest from one orange
1 teaspoon vanilla
1½ cups bran (I used oat bran, or you can use wheat bran)
1 cup whole wheat flour
1½ teaspoons baking powder
1½ teaspoons baking soda
healthy pinch of salt
2 teaspoons cinnamon
½ teaspoon nutmeg
½ teaspoon allspice
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 tablespoon whole wheat flour for berries
Raw sugar for the top
honey for the top, if desired
