Just like the chai tea, these cookies are rich in spices, like cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and cloves. Unlike the tea, there is no sugar to mess up your metabolism. These are grain/gluten free. If you are allergic to nuts (specifically cashews), you can substitute 1:1 ground sunflower seeds without compromising the recipe too much. 2 tsp coconut flour

¼ tsp baking soda

¼ tsp sea salt

1 tsp cinnamon

½ tsp ground ginger

½ tsp ground nutmeg
