Greek Chicken Gyros – tender, juicy Greek marinated chicken topped with a simple tzatziki sauce, crisp veggies, feta cheese and folded into a warm pita bread.

1 cup plain Greek yogurt
2 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tbsp minced garlic, (or 4 cloves, minced)
½ Tbsp dried oregano
1 medium lemon
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp freshly cracked pepper
¼ bunch fresh parsley
3 lbs chicken tender pieces

1 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 medium cucumber, peeled, seeds removed, and grated
1 Tbsp fresh dill weed (or 1 tsp dried)
¾ tsp seasoned salt
¼ tsp black pepper

3 Romaine lettuce leaves
½ cup red onions, sliced
