2 red onions
2 cloves garlic
1 sweet red pepper
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon thyme
1 tablespoon mint
2 tablespoons parsley
1 chicken bouillon cube or chicken broth
½ cup red wine
2 tablespoons tomato paste
1 tablespoon baking soda
1 teaspoon sugar
Olive oil
Salt
