Greek Lamb Burgers

2

Greek food, for me, rates right up there next to Italian in my book. Now that the days are longer and the weather is nice, my family has been requesting burgers. Tonight it's lamb burgers with a Greek influence. I serve this with my version of a Greek salad and sliced watermelon.

2 pounds ground lamb
1 teaspoon fresh oregano leaves
2 teaspoons fresh parsley leaves
1/2 teaspoon fresh rosemary leaves
2 cloves garlic
2 green onions minced
2 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon Greek seasoning(optional)if your brand has salt, cut back on the added salt above
Country Bread cut into thick slices and grilled on both sides if desired
Feta Sauce

Mix the ingredients together and form into 6 patties. Heat the grill and oil the grates. Grill burgers 4-6 minutes per side. To serve, slather one side of a piece of bread with the feta sauce, add a burger....
