Greek Rice Pilaf

Best rice EVER! Everyone loves this simple side dish that is packed full of flavor!

1 tablespoon olive oil
½ onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon oregano
1/4 teaspoon dried dill
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 cup rice
2 cups chicken broth
1 teaspoon margarine
½ cup peas
4 ounces feta, crumbled
Cook rice. The easiest way is to put rice, chicken stock a bit of margarine, a squeeze of lemon, and a dash of salt in a pot. (I even used sundried tomato salt to make it even more Greek) Bring to a boil,...
