1 tsp. thyme (dried)
1/8 oz. cinnamon (in stick or ground)
2 cloves garlic
1 T. dry white wine
1 tsp. sea salt
1 tsp. black pepper (ground)
1/4 oz. lemon peel
1/4 oz. coriander
1/2 tsp. chili powder
2 oz. onion
12 oz. tomato
