Greek Yogurt Berry Pops with Chocolate Crunch

These healthy freezer pops are so quick and easy! They’re Made with fresh fruit and Greek yogurt and are great for kids and perfect for summer!

To make the strawberry layer:
1 ½ Cups Strawberries, chopped (about 210 g)
3 Tbsp Sugar
½ Cup Fat-free or Reduced-fat Vanilla Greek yogurt
To make the plain yogurt layer:
1 ¼ Cup Fat-free or reduced-fat Vanilla Greek Yogurt
3 Tbsp + 1 tsp Sugar
To make the the blueberry layer:
2 Cups Blueberries (about 200g)
3 Tbsp Granulated sugar
½ Cup Fat-free or reduced-fat Vanilla Greek yogurt
For the chocolate crunch topping:
3 Oz White chocolate
1 Tbsp Melted Coconut oil
¼ Cup Crushed Chocolate Chip Brownie Brittle
